4. Event Conditions
Client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and shaded/covered area for services.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate.
We are not responsible for reactions due to skin sensitivities, allergies, or pre-existing conditions. Clients should inform us of any concerns in advance.
Client must ensure that children are supervised at all times during services.
5. Health & Safety
We use professional-grade, FDA-compliant paints and materials. However, all skin products carry a risk of allergic reaction. It is the client’s responsibility to notify us of any allergies or sensitivities.
We maintain strict hygiene practices, including sanitizing brushes, sponges, and equipment.
We will not paint on broken skin, open wounds, or individuals who appear to be sick.
Final designs are subject to time, environment, and artist discretion.
6. Liability
All services are provided at the client’s and participants’ own risk.
Allie Rose Creative Arts is not liable for accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, property damage, or other incidents during or after services.
The client assumes full responsibility for participants at their event.
We are not liable for stains or damage to clothing, furniture, or property caused by paints, glitters, or other materials.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and images created by Allie Rose Creative Arts remain our intellectual property.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, or claim ownership of designs without written consent.
Photos taken of our work may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, accidents, or emergencies.
9. Event Conditions
Outdoor events must provide shade, shelter, and suitable conditions for the safety of artists and equipment.
In cases of extreme weather, we reserve the right to stop services for safety reasons.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Union County, North Carolina.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will apply to all future bookings.
12. Agreement
By booking Allie Rose Creative Arts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Allie Rose Creative Arts (“we,” “our,” “us”) to clients (“you,” “your”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide professional face painting, body painting, airbrush tattoos, glitter tattoos, and other creative arts services.
Services are provided as described in your booking confirmation or contract.
We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue services if necessary for safety, appropriateness, or unforeseen circumstances.
You agree that you are paying to have Allie Rose Creative Arts to provide the above face painting services for my upcoming event on the date, time, and location we agreed upon. We will arrive 1 hour to 30 min before they start to set up (depending on location and event).
2. Bookings & Payments
A deposit 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving the invoice to ensure your date has been reserved. Until the deposit is received, your date/time is not reserved, and the time slot will be released. If booking less than 48 hours before your event, the 50% deposit is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. The remaining 50% is due 3 days before the event is required to secure your booking.
Remaining balances are due by the date specified in your invoice. Services will not be provided until payment is complete.
We accept Bank Transfer, Stripe, PayPal, and Zelle.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Client Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will incur a 75% fee. Cancellations made on the day of the event will not be refunded.
Our Cancellations: In the rare case we must cancel, you will receive a full refund of any payments made or rescheduling option.
